The Museum Railway's coveted dining car train runs a few times a year.
between Maribo and Bandholm.
Come and experience an evening of nostalgia, where a
delicious menu from Folkets Hus in the Museumsbanen's large dining car. As
supplement you can either choose to get bubbles in the Museumsbanen small
dining cart before the meal, or get coffee after the meal.
Throughout the trip, wine, beer and water can be purchased from the dining car bar.
When the train arrives at Bandholm after about 1 hour, the old station will be
open, and there is the opportunity to enjoy the evening atmosphere.

This year the following menu will be served:

Starter:

Salmon soufflé with spinach wrapped in pointed cabbage, served with pickled cabbage, grilled asparagus, pea foam and dildo oil. Served with freshly baked bread and butter.

Main course:

Well-marbled, pink Angus beef fillet, served with grilled new carrots, fried mushrooms, potato duchesse, pea shoots and creamy pepper sauce.

The price for this event is DKK 545.

You must choose between two different types of tickets:

Ticket A: This includes the train ride, a 2-course meal on the outbound trip, and coffee/tea with petit fours on the return trip.

Ticket B: This includes the train ride, bubbles w/appetizers on the outbound trip and a 2-course menu on the return trip.
