Welcome to the Maribo-Bandholm Museum Railway
We are working to recreate a time when people sat on wooden benches on the train, where the stationmaster was one of the leaders of society and the train driver was the idol of many children.
With us you not only get a journey through the beautiful Lolland landscape, but also a nostalgic journey back to the time around 1920.
Generations can come together in a shared experience of what it was like to travel in the old days.
The museum track brings history to life, at a pace where the soul can keep up.
The first steam train of the year will run on April 5, 2026.
Sunday 5/4 -2026 is Easter Sunday, so we have been lucky to find the Easter Bunny.
The hare is looking forward to greeting all the brave train passengers who come close enough to get a hug.
The train departs from Maribo at 10:15, 1:15 and 3:15.
